Loved the chair I purchased. I’m am small and have a back issue so finding the right fit has proved very difficult. A visited KUL twice and both times the staff was extremely helpful. They answered questions and provided suggestion when asked then left me only to form my own opinions which I really appreciate. If I need more office furniture, would definitely think of them first.

If you need any furniture for your home office, this place is worth checking out! I needed a new chair and they had a huge selection. The salesmen were helpful when I needed them and not pushy, which I appreciate, and gave me space to look around until I was ready. I stopped by the KUL outlet store on S. Orange looking for a chair for my home office. Matt helped me out. He was cool, not pushy and gave me a chance to browse around for what I wanted. When it comes to desk chairs you really do get what you paid for - working from home now I endured an uncomfortable box store desk chair for a year before I gave in and went to the KUL Outlet on S Orange and met with Will. First, he was super knowledgeable about the manufacturers, which chairs offered what support + was super funny as an added bonus. After Goldilocking my way through a couple dozen chairs I bought the Herman Miller Aeron Chair which Id had in a corporate office before. Will took the time to discuss the different sizes, how to ID a genuine one vs a knock off and the pros + cons to a refurbished item - no real down side as the HM has available parts and was in great shape. We paid less than half of current retail and six weeks later - no regrets. No hard sell, lots of choices - highly recommend you skip the big stores and start here with well known higher end commercial brands.

I was looking for a used comfortable desk chair. I thought it was going to take me awhile because I have some physical limitations. But--I was wrong. I stopped at their store on South Orange Ave and met Will. He listened to my issues and took me right back to the used chairs. He pulled out 3 different chairs that he thought might work for me and the 3rd one was perfect. On top of that, the price was reasonable. I was checked out and heading home in 20 minutes. You can't beat that!

Visited the Orange Ave store looking for a used desk for my home office and had the pleasure of being greeted by Matt. He was extremely helpful with the purchase and went over and above in actually fixing one of the drawers that was slightly misaligned. The price was great and they even loaded the truck with extra care ensuring that there was plenty of cardboard to protect the surfaces. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for new or used furniture. Plenty of selection and the prices are reasonable. So much so that I purchased a new chair and a filing cabinet to complete my office. Great experience and it wasn’t only because of the prices but was thanks to Matt and the warehouse worker having such a pleasant attitude.

Great quality office furniture! And great service, seriously. I made a purchase in 2021 I sent an email about the product today because I wanted to move them in a different shape, the owner himself called me to help troubleshoot. He was patient and took his time to explain, top notch service👌🏽

Miguel has been fantastic to work with! This is the third set of desks I've purchased from KUL and every time the experience has been amazing. Quick, efficient and delivers on his promises. The quality of furniture is durable but priced reasonably. Highly recommend if you are searching for reliable office furniture!
