We are very proud of our in-stock KUL products. Office suites, desks, storage, tables and chairs ready for team offices or for work from home solutions. We highly recommend this brand since it is the one we always have in stock and ready to ship!

We also work with some other – amazing brands and vendors – but as some of you might know, the country is facing delays across supply chains. It’s taking longer than ever to get products from their manufacturers to our warehouse, and then to your door. We are doing our best to share the most accurate shipping times we can based on the latest information from our logistics department.

While we anticipate on-time arrivals for in-stock items and most backorders, we sincerely appreciate your understanding as we wait for supply chains to normalize around the world. If you have a time-sensitive or corporate order, order early or reach out to us and get our latest information on availability.

Everyday Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship in-stock orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This time frame is a rough estimation, it may take longer due to quantity of items, weather conditions, custom clearance, or other factors, like quantity of products and delivery outside of Orlando, but we will keep close contact and you can follow the track & trace.

Also, If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we experience any delays in fulfilling your order, please reach out and we’ll provide you with an accurate timeline to ensure you are in the know.

Backorder shipping timelines are subject to changes as we do our best to estimate the shipping date. We collect payment for pre-orders at checkout to reserve your spot in line. For updates on your pre-order, reach out at [email protected].

Carrier
For shipment, we have our own delivery team. It will take us need list of zip coded one week for local delivery in the Orlando Area. We’l call customers Two to three weeks in Florida. It all depends on how many items the order has, we will give the buyer an approximate delivery quote according to the products of the purchase.
We will recommend contact us first 407-316-0101 so we can get a custom quote.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
Our Shipping Partners
FedEx and UPS are our primary carriers for our chairs and desks. Keep in mind that KUL isn’t in control of delays incurred by local couriers. That said, we understand the frustrations caused by delays on items in transit, so reach out to us at [email protected] if your product is stuck or hasn’t arrived, and we’ll work to help resolve the issue.

Professional delivery
If you are furnishing a large or corporate office we have the right team to ensure the best installation possible. From our door to yours. Schedule your preferred date and our team will take care of delivery, assembly, and removing all packing materials. For corporate orders, we’ll take care of everything and get you set up on time. At KUL Office Furniture we are experts at set-up. Let us do the installation so you can focus our your business.
There is no project that’s too small, too big, or too difficult. We handle everything from chair orders to hundred-+station installations to large-scale liquidations.

Every order is different so in order to ensure a smooth experience, we will need to schedule a day and time that works for you and your team. Building contact information, certificate of insurance requirements, and any requests.

Fees may be charged for after-hours deliveries, walk-up fees, and any overages charged by your building. We’ll go over these fees with you prior to delivery.
Rescheduling a delivery with less than five business days of notice may result in an additional fee.
